 1. The soundtrack used in this short clip of Life on Mars, encapsulates the era this is set in to be the 1970s.Additionally, Life on Mars the costume of the actors was a normal outfit that a police man and for a police drama to be wearing,(quite undercover however, it uses a sense of casualness).The cars used in this clip were regular cars, that would be seen day to day in the 1970s.Furthermore, the stereotypical British police officer also acts in that similar sense of manor by not being completely professional as minor slurs were used which also entails that the time period of this film/tv series was made in 1970s.The non-diegetic music which was used was added after post production to display the car chase, which slightly made the scene more unserious. This scene was also contrapuntal as the music did not match the scene.

  In this video I used contrapuntal music during the fight scene to create a contrast between the violence on screen and the music being played. However at the end the music becomes parallel as everyone is happy after the fight which matches the positive mood and emotions of the characters.

Overall I think it went well, and my video followed the original scene quite closely. However, I could have filmed on a busier day so it felt more like a real tube station. I could also have used more accurate camera angles to match the original shots better. 4.planning this scene helped a lot with what I had to do to make it an accurate realistic version compared to the movie scene 5.
